The service
RapSong AI turns photos and original lyrics into AI rap performance videos. RapSong AI is operated by Hommer Zhao, an individual, trading as Clooms (clooms.com). Contact: support@rapsongai.com. RapSong AI is an independent product built on third-party AI models and is not affiliated with any model provider.
Eligibility and photo permission
You must be at least 18. Upload only photos of yourself or adults who gave you permission for this use. Photos of minors, celebrities and public figures are prohibited. You are responsible for having rights to your photos, text and other inputs. Permission is required from everyone in a photo.
Responsible use
Follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Do not misrepresent generated performances as real recordings. The MP4 carries an embedded AI-generated metadata tag. Enable the platform’s AI-content label when posting. We may decline inputs or withhold outputs that fail review. An unavailable or inconclusive review does not authorize generation.
Credits and payments
Lyrics previews require sign-in and at least 10 spendable credits. Previews are rate limited and do not deduct credits. A 12-second Fast video at 720p costs 10 credits, deducted when rendering starts. Failed renders restore site credits automatically. Site-credit restoration is different from a cash refund. Cash refunds require manual review under the Refund Policy.
Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record for purchases and handles payment, tax and payment-dispute matters. Credit packs are one-time purchases. Purchased credits never expire. There are no signup credits or trial allowances. Prices and features may change for future purchases.
Generated results
AI results vary and can contain mistakes. We do not promise a particular likeness, lyric delivery, timing or commercial outcome. You must review a result before publishing it and confirm that your intended use respects other people's rights. We do not promise exclusivity or ownership of model outputs beyond the rights we can provide.
Storage and access
Photos, previews and results have limited retention as described in our Privacy Policy. Download results you want to keep. Account access may be suspended for misuse. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
