Information we process
We process account information, permission consent timestamps, uploaded photos, names and topics you choose to submit, generated lyrics, job status, generated media, and payment records. Do not put sensitive personal information in a topic. Payment details are handled through Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
Purpose and providers
We use the information to authenticate you, check content safety, generate your requested performance, store results, manage credits and purchases, and prevent abuse. KIE processes photos, prompts, lyrics and generated media for AI generation and safety review. Cloudflare supplies hosting, database and private media storage. Stripe processes payments. Google Tag Manager is used only when configured, with the site's cookie-consent settings. RapSong AI is independent and is not affiliated with any model provider.
Private photos and results
Uploads require at least 10 spendable credits and are stored privately. After your text preview passes, each photo is held in private quarantine for immediate safety review. Blocked or unassessable uploads are deleted with their records; only passing photos are retained for use. The render reuses that passing review for the same number of people. We issue expiring access links so our AI provider can retrieve input photos. Results are available to the signed-in owner. Sharing a downloaded file makes it available wherever you choose to share it. You must have permission from every person depicted.
Retention
Photos not attached to a started render expire after 24 hours and are deleted, together with their records, by the maintenance sweep. Photos attached to a started render and rendered results expire after 30 days. Lyrics previews expire after 24 hours. Minimal moderation decision logs expire after 30 days; they do not store photos, names or topics. If storage deletion is temporarily unavailable, access is revoked immediately and maintenance retries deletion. Interrupted quarantine uploads expire after 10 minutes. Pending jobs time out after 30 minutes and restore credits. Payment and credit ledger records may need longer retention.
Cookies and choices
Essential cookies keep your account signed in. On the production site, visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland see a consent banner with optional Google storage and advertising consent denied until accepted. Elsewhere these defaults are granted without a banner. Where the banner applies, Cookie settings in the footer lets you change your choice. You can download your media before expiry.
