Failed renders
When a render fails or cannot pass safety review, its site credits are restored automatically. This does not initiate a payment refund. Lyrics previews require a sufficient purchased-credit balance but do not deduct credits.
Requesting a cash refund
Cash refunds require manual review. Include your order number, purchase date and an explanation of the problem. Do not send full card details. Review considers the problem reported and the use of purchased credits. We do not promise approval or a fixed response time.
Approved refunds are issued manually through Stripe. Because Stripe is the merchant of record, Stripe may also refund a purchase directly, for example to resolve a payment dispute. The verified Stripe refund notification updates the order and adjusts the corresponding credits. This app does not automatically issue cash refunds.
Credit packs
Each pack is a one-time purchase. Purchased credits never expire. A failed render restores the credits it used. This policy does not reduce any non-waivable consumer rights.
